Follow these steps to disable Mouse Acceleration: Open Mouse Settings as described above (Start>Settings>Devices>Mouse). Here you will see ‘Additional mouse options’, click it to open the settings. Switch to the ‘Pointer Options’ tab. Now uncheck the first box that says ‘Enhance pointer precision’. You have to overwrite the evtplayermoveclick. Use ctrl+f to find evtplayermoveclick in the json, change it to button 1, then paste the rest of the 'value button 2' blocks in before it, make sure to save it, then close it, the set it to read only in its Properties. I did all these and it effectively entirely swapped my mouse.

Thanks to all the comments in reddit, i guess i have to make a tutorial for people who have to play a minigame while team fighting just to find the cursor.

League of Legends uses a Mouse Speed setting that actually changes the Windows mouse speed. The multiplication of DPI and sensitivity yields eDPI, which is the true measure of your sensitivity.
